Carole Little is a dedicated community leader with more than 25 years of experience in health and human services. Little is passionate about assisting individuals and organizations reach their full potential and currently serves as President & CEO of one of Houston's premiere faith-based organizations. Little was appointed to the Kellogg Foundation Action Lab College of Consultants and is a former Coaching Partner for the One Star Foundation.
A member of the Leader to Leader Insitute, Little holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Houston, and is a Certified Professional Coach.
Little thoroughly enjoys coaching, consulting, mentoring and providing organizational assessment tools to nonprofits to enable them to focus more on mission.
